What are the penalties for vehicular manslaughter?
Criminally negligent manslaughter is a misdemeanor offense. If found guilty you could face up to 3 years in prison, revocation of your driver’s license, and up to a $5,000 fine.
Grossly negligent manslaughter is a felony. If found guilty you could face up to 10 years in prison, revocation of your driver’s license, and up to a $5,000 fine.
